The American Diabetes Association (ADA) is a network of more than 565,000 volunteers, their families and caregivers, a professional society of nearly 16,000 health care professionals, as well as more than 250 staff members. Diabetes Care and Education Specialists may interact with the ADA in one or more of these sectors. Our Chief Scientific and Medical Officer and Vice President of Health Care Programs have a combined 60+ years providing care and education resources for the community with diabetes. Join Dr. Bob and Dr. Laura for an interactive session in a “talk show” format to get the down-low on what the ADA is doing relative to our diabetes mission and how you and your community with diabetes will benefit.
