This moderated panel session will showcase research conducted where there are known health disparities to develop strategies to increase health equity. Presenters will share interventions to improve patient safety and quality of care to reduce health disparities and improve outcomes in disadvantaged populations in urban and rural communities. Attendees will learn how they can apply the findings to the communities they serve.
