This session presents research perspectives on the impact of continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) on lifestyle changes in people with T2D. Strategies for using CGM data to engage people with T2D and to promote positive lifestyle changes will be discussed. Emphasis will be placed on ways for clinicians to use nutrition therapy and CGM data to improve healthy eating. Multiple case scenarios will be presented.
